One person has been taken to a trauma centre following a shooting in the Region of Peel, police say.
In a tweet, Peel Regional Police said they responded to an incident in the Argentina Road and Winston Churchill Boulevard area at around 2:15 p.m. on Monday.
One person was shot and taken to a trauma centre, police said.

Police said they were searching for a man with a beard, wearing a construction vest. Officers said he was last seen in a dark coloured car with the number 905 on its licence plate.
He is considered armed and dangerous, police said.
