Police in Edmonton are investigating a shooting early Saturday morning on Jasper Avenue.
Police said around 4:40 a.m., witnesses reported hearing what sounded like gunshots in the area of Jasper Avenue and 119 Street.
When investigators arrived on scene they discovered an abandoned car with bullet holes in it.

Streets were shut down in the area while police conducted their investigation.
So far there’s no word on suspects or a motive for the shooting.
