British Columbia health officials will provide the latest update on the COVID-19 pandemic on Monday afternoon.
Provincial health officer Dr. Bonnie Henry and Health Minister Adrian Dix will announce the past three days’ cases and deaths at a press conference scheduled for 3 p.m.

The province has seen its infection rate drop recently after spiking late last year.
There have been a total of 66,779 cases and 1,189 deaths to date. Friday’s update saw 514 new cases while five more people died.
A total of 129,241 vaccine doses have been administered across B.C., however.
