Investigators are on the scene of a deadly house fire in Chestermere, east of Calgary, that RCMP say has resulted in “multiple deceased” individuals.
Paramedics transported three children to the Alberta Children’s Hospital in stable, non-life-threatening condition.

Neighbours tell Global News nearby homes had to be evacuated when the fire broke out around 2 a.m., with flames reaching up to 15 metres high.
Imam Syed Soharwardy with the Islamic Supreme Council of Canada says two Muslim families were in the home at the time of the fire.
